This recall comes after two reports of the seat peg coming out from under the seat, causing the seat to fall unexpectedly. There have been no injuries reported, but the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission recommends that consumers stop using the swing immediately to avoid any potential harm. About 34,000 units have been recalled. The swings were sold at stores such as buybuyBaby and Target, as well as websites like Amazon, from November 2015 to March 2016. To determine if your swing has been recalled, check the product number, which can be found on the seat underneath the pad. If your swing is part of the recall, the USCPSC recommends that you stop using it immediately and contact Fisher-Price for new assembly instructions.
