Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria is seeking an attorney to join the firm’s Estates Wills & Trusts department. The firm is looking for an associate with a minimum of three years’ experience in Estate Planning and Administration and Surrogates Court. Must be licensed to practice in NY.

Candidates must possess excellent credentials along with superior writing, organizational, communication and client service skills. The attorney should be motivated and committed to assume increasing levels of responsibilities, knowledge and experience in this practice area.

The attorney hired for this position will work directly with partners and other associates on a variety of Estate Planning and Administration matters.

Real Estate Attorney

Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria LLP is seeking a committed Attorney to join our Real Estate practice.

Qualified candidates must have at least ten years of experience in residential and commercial real property law. Title experience preferred. Candidates must be highly motivated and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating residential real estate contracts and handling closings
  • Manage and organize paralegal workload
  • Commercial acquisitions, sales, and financings


Compensation:

  • $90,000 – $145,000 yearly, depending on a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.

Qualified candidate must possess at least 5 years’ of experience as a Paralegal performing various functions and task with processing personal injury matters. Candidate must possess Associate or Bachelor’s degree. Paralegal certificate is a plus. Ideal candidate must have strong organizational, client service and MS Office skills.

Law Clerk

Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria is seeking qualified second year law students for its year-round Law Clerk Program. Lipsitz Green is a dynamic Firm with a comprehensive client focus. The firm has a reputation for commitment to excellence across several practice areas.

Qualified candidates should be proficient in legal research and writing and possess excellent communication skills. Law Clerks are expected to work part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer months.

Law Clerks will be responsible for conducting legal research on various issues, drafting research memos and legal documents, and performing other duties associated with case preparation and management.  This paid position is an excellent way to strengthen your legal knowledge while gaining hands-on experience.

Compensation:

  • $25-26/hr., depending on a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
