Business Litigation Lawyer

Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria seeks an attorney to join the firm’s expanding Commercial Litigation Department.

Qualified candidates must possess 2-4 years’ experience.  Ideal candidate will have existing construction, commercial and/or intellectual property litigation experience.  However, candidates with other litigation experience, and a genuine or demonstrated interest in these fields are encouraged to apply.  Must be licensed to practice in NY.

Responsibilities include: legal research and writing, preparation of pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, and court appearances.

Salary commensurate with experience.  Benefits include medical insurance and 401(k) employer contributions.

This outstanding and diverse program provides participants with hands-on working experience in all areas of our firm while allowing them to develop and fine-tune their research and writing skills. We encourage our law clerks to focus on the area(s) in which they show strong interest and capabilities. The year-long program is part-time during the academic year and full-time during the summer months and breaks.
