If I am pulled over for suspicion of DWI, what questions might a police officer ask me?

Q: If I am pulled over for suspicion of DWI, what questions might a police officer ask me?

A: When you are stopped by a police officer, the questions that they usually will ask you if they suspect that you are under the influence of alcohol will be whether or not you have been drinking obviously, whether you were at a restaurant or tavern, and, if you indicate that you were, then they will ask you how many, what you were drinking, what the time period was, and so on. The point is to try to establish that you have been drinking and that you are now violating the law.
