New Roles for Three Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria Attorneys

The law firm of Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria is pleased to announce Thomas C. Burnham has been named a Senior Partner, Phillip Scaffidi has been named a Special Counsel, and Max Humann has been named a Junior Partner. The changes are effective immediately.

Thomas Burnham focuses his practice on several areas of disability law, including Social Security disability, supplemental security income, workers’ compensation, and veterans’ disability. He joined Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria in 2003. Mr. Burnham fights to ensure disabled individuals receive all the benefits they are entitled to. He earned a J.D. from SUNY Buffalo Law School in 2003 and a B.A. from James Madison University in 2000. Mr. Burnham is included in Upstate New York Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star,” a designation given to no more than 2.5 percent of the attorneys in any state.

Philip Scaffidi has extensive experience representing clients in the areas of workers’ compensation and Social Security disability. Mr. Scaffidi joined Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria in 2004. He earned a J.D. from Tulane in 1995 and a B.A. from the University of Rochester in 1990. Mr. Scaffidi has been named to Business First/Buffalo Law Journal‘s “Who’s Who in Law” for Workers’ Compensation.

Max Humann represents individuals who have suffered a personal injury. He joined Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria in 2011. Mr. Humann is experienced in successfully recovering monetary damages for clients who have suffered injuries as the result of a wide array of accidents, including automobile accidents, workplace accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, and slip and fall accidents. He earned a J.D. from SUNY Buffalo Law School in 2004 and a B.A. from SUNY Buffalo in 2001.
