He serves a wide spectrum of clients in his practice, which extends from representing Fortune 100 companies in high-stakes litigation matters to representing catastrophically injured individuals who are forced into a battle with imposing insurance companies, corporations, and government agencies.

Mr. Corp is well versed in bringing his clients’ legal matters before all judicial forums. He is admitted to practice in New York State, Connecticut, many federal district courts, and the United States Supreme Court.

For almost a decade, Robert Corp worked at one of the largest global law firms, where he served as a litigator for some of the world’s most high-profile organizations. Mr. Corp employs the insight and abilities gained through his experience to the advantage of all his clients. Contract Dispute: Prevailed in a contract dispute as first-chair counsel in American Arbitration Association proceeding

Unfair Competition Law: Secured a $59.9m settlement on behalf of generic drug company in antitrust suit against pharmaceutical manufacturer related to violations of competition laws

Government Agency Investigation Defense: Represented a national communications company in investigations by state attorneys general

Mergers and Acquisitions Compliance: Served as second-chair in trial defending consummated merger challenged by the Department of Justice in federal district court

Antitrust Law: Defended and successfully resolved antirust claims made against a manufacturer in multi-district litigation against exclusive dealing claims brought by multiple classes of plaintiffs and competitors

Mr. Corp has extensive experience representing individuals and corporations in investigations conducted by government agencies. He has successfully represented clients in both civil and criminal investigations that where initiated by the Department of Justice as well as various state attorneys general.

In addition, Mr. Corp has conducted a variety of internal investigations for clients. These matters have included the investigation of whistleblower allegations related to the destruction of documents.

Buffalo Fluoride Lawsuit

An investigative report from The Buffalo News uncovered that the City of Buffalo has not added fluoride to the city’s water supply since 2015. After the report was published, many Buffalo residents reached out to Robert Corp for legal options to force the City of Buffalo to reinstate fluoride to the city’s water supply and compensate for the damage caused by the lack of fluoridation over the past 8 years.

Robert Corp recently filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of the concerned residents of the City of Buffalo due to the lack of fluoridation in the city’s water supply.
