Justin Ginter vigorously defends clients charged with a crime, providing guidance and protection throughout the criminal justice process. He represents clients charged with all levels of crime—including felony, misdemeanor, and petty larceny—at the local, state, and federal levels. He is experienced in handling a myriad of cases, including:

Prior to joining Lipsitz Green, Mr. Ginter was a staff attorney with the Legal Aid Bureau of Buffalo, where he served as a public defender in a wide range of complex criminal and white-collar matters. He also defended indigent clients as a member of the Bar Association of Erie County’s Assigned Counsel Program.

Mr. Ginter is a member of Lipsitz Green’s Criminal Defense Trials and Appeals Practice Area, which has earned several peer recognition awards. In the 2025 Edition of Best Lawyers in America’s “Best Law Firms”, Lipsitz Green was honored with 14 Buffalo Tier-1 rankings, including Criminal Defense: General Practice, Criminal Defense: White-Collar, and DUI/DWI Defense.
