Putting Knowledge and Insight to Work for Injury Victims

Prior to joining Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria, Kyle represented insurance companies, product manufacturers, large corporations and other defendants in personal injury litigation. His clients included large Fortune 500 companies, including Ford Motor Company, Amazon, Walmart, Toyota, and Black & Decker.

Kyle witnessed firsthand how insurance companies and international corporations defend personal injury lawsuits. He has an intimate understanding of the strategies organizations use to limit or avoid liability. Kyle now uses that experience to fight for plaintiffs who have suffered a personal injury. Kyle’s insight into the opposition is a significant asset as he works to obtain the largest results possible for his clients and compensate for the injuries they have endured.
