Alexander R. DiDonato is a Junior Partner in Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria’s Business and Corporate and Real Estate departments. He focuses his practice on corporate and transactional law. Mr. DiDonato represents businesses, developers, lenders, property owners, entrepreneurs, and investors in a wide range of commercial real estate and business matters.
He advises clients throughout all stages of commercial real estate transactions and has particular experience representing clients in transactions involving hotels and multifamily developments, as well as commercial lending matters.
Mr. DiDonato advises businesses on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and commercial contracts. He regularly structures sophisticated business transactions and negotiates complex agreements, helping clients protect their interests, manage risk, and achieve their long-term business objectives.
Mr. DiDonato is admitted to practice in the State of New York. He received a J.D. and a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany. He has been recognized by his peers in Super Lawyers Rising Stars, 2023-2025.
