Otherwise it is going to depend upon your contract of employment, what you do for a living, and the circumstances of your license. For example, if you are an over-the-road truck driver, and you have a CDL (Commercial Driver\u2019s License), you may very well lose your job, because you can no longer have the commercial driver\u2019s license. In that case, for example, a .04 is the legal limit for somebody with a commercial driver\u2019s license.
