Corporate Attorney

Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria LLP is seeking an attorney to join its Business and Corporate Department.

The firm’s business and corporate attorneys have extensive experience, industry knowledge, and legal proficiency to handle the full range of issues its clients may face.

Candidates must possess initiative; excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills; a strong background of corporate finance; a comprehensive understanding of business structures; and experience in performing due diligence in business transactions.

Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria provides our clients with a full range of legal services to meet all their corporate and business law needs, including: business formation, commercial finance, mergers, acquisitions, contractual matters, property rights, employment matters, franchising and distributorship, sales contracts, stockholder and partnership agreements, general business transactions, and tax matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex legal matters such as purchase, master, sale and distribution agreements
  • Prepare, review and negotiate non-disclosure agreements
  • Provide guidance and support on corporate policies and governance matters.
  • Advise on compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide legal and business support during the merger and acquisition process.
  • Develop and interpret contract documents.
  • Assist in resolving contract disputes.


Compensation:

  • $125,000 – $175,000 annually, depending on a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed in New York State to practice law.
  • At least ten (10) years of experience performing business and corporate matters.

Estates, Wills, and Trusts Attorney

Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria is seeking an attorney to join the firm’s Estates Wills & Trusts department. The firm is looking for an associate with a minimum of three years’ experience in Estate Planning and Administration and Surrogates Court. Must be licensed to practice in NY.

Candidates must possess excellent credentials along with superior writing, organizational, communication and client service skills. The attorney should be motivated and committed to assume increasing levels of responsibilities, knowledge and experience in this practice area.

The attorney hired for this position will work directly with partners and other associates on a variety of Estate Planning and Administration matters.

Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria is seeking an experience Paralegal for the firm’s Personal Injury Department.

Qualified candidate must possess at least 5 years’ of experience as a Paralegal performing various functions and task with processing personal injury matters. Candidate must possess Associate or Bachelor’s degree. Paralegal certificate is a plus. Ideal candidate must have strong organizational, client service and MS Office skills.

Compensation:

  • $45,000 – $65,000, yearly, depending on a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
