Christopher J. Smolka focuses his practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Elder Law.  Mr. Smolka has over 20 years of experience guiding businesses and individuals through all aspects of estate planning including succession planning, taxation matters, and the drafting of wills.  Mr. Smolka also has extensive experience successfully helping clients in all aspects of elder law including Medicaid Planning.
