In addition, Jonathan helps to manage international trademark portfolios for several multimedia and entertainment companies.

• Obtaining a favorable Jury Verdict and a Permanent Injunction in favor of a motion picture company in a trademark infringement and false endorsement case;
• The successful defense of a multimedia company in a $14,000,000 dispute involving a world-wide trademark license and the distribution of video content via smart-phones;
• Obtaining a $475,000 arbitration award on behalf of a film company against a film producer in a breach of contract dispute;
• The successful defense of a Silicon Valley electronics company in a patent license dispute;
• Advising clients on issues of copyright fair use and parody;
• The recovery of numerous Internet domain names; and
• The successful defense of several wrongful termination and discrimination claims.
