Jonathan has handled numerous matters in both California and New York ranging from disputes over contracts and employment law and discrimination claims, from license disputes to Lanham Act claims, from copyright infringement claims to proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board and the U.S. International Trade Commission.
In addition, Jonathan helps to manage international trademark portfolios for several multimedia and entertainment companies.
