David C. Zimmerman dedicates his practice to advocating for the rights of injured workers. 

As a Partner in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Department, Mr. Zimmerman has secured millions of dollars in much-needed benefits for disabled workers before both the Workers’ Compensation Board and the Social Security Administration.

Mr. Zimmerman has garnered significant legal knowledge and litigation skills through his extensive experience.  His abilities have drawn the attention of peers within the legal community, who have recognized Mr. Zimmerman in Business First/Buffalo Law Journal’s Who’s Who in Law and routinely refer him clients in need of assistance in navigating the pitfalls of disability law.

• A widow who obtained death benefits after her husband died in the course of employment.
• A union member who received life-time disability benefits after a back injury left him unable to return back to his regular work.
• A single mother with young children who was awarded full medical coverage and a lump sum payment due to a traumatic arm injury.
• Numerous retired laborers who have secured lump sum awards for their exposure to injurious noise at work.
