Michael Schiavone concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, estate planning and commercial real estate. He works primarily with closely held businesses and is involved in all transactional matters including business formation, commercial finance, mergers and acquisitions, and construction and development of commercial realty. In addition, Mr. Schiavone has extensive experience in business succession planning and has assisted clients in the transfer or sale of their businesses to family members. Mr. Schiavone has also represented clients in the purchase or sale of a business. As corporate counsel for the Buffalo Bills, Mr. Schiavone is involved in many aspects of sports franchise representation. He is a member of the Firm's Management Committee and is Chairman of the Business Department. Mr. Schiavone is fluent in Italian.
