Thomas M. Mercure is a Senior Partner of the firm and practices in the area of personal injury litigation including construction accidents, automobile accidents, products liability, and medical malpractice.

He has extensive trial experience in various State and Federal Courts.  As a result, many local and out-of-state attorneys refer their cases to Mr. Mercure for trial, settlement or arbitration.  He also assists major national firms in complex litigation.

Mr. Mercure’s well-respected abilities have allowed him to help hundreds of people receive the best possible results for the injuries they have sustained.  Through settlements, arbitrations, and verdicts he has obtained millions of dollars for individuals who have been injured by the actions of others.  Some of the results Mr. Mercure has obtained for clients include:

Mr. Mercure serves as General Counsel to the Buffalo Police Reserve.  He is also actively involved in several philanthropic initiatives and community organizations throughout Western New York.
