Carl A. Green practices in the areas of civil litigation, construction accidents law and toxic tort liability law. Mr. Green was instrumental in achieving passage of the legislation which has permitted thousands of injured asbestos workers to pursue claims throughout New York State.

Mr. Green has been named in "The Best Lawyers in America," in the area of personal injury law and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He obtained the first jury verdict in favor of an asbestos victim in New York State.
